Tomms Pharmacy specialises in providing medication for the Care Sector (care homes as well as individual care) utilising an advanced monitored dosage system (MDS) to pack medicines. We are also able to provide alternative systems upon request.
As Tomms Pharmacy continues to grow, we will be strategically introducing new hubs and spokes throughout the UK to enhance our logistics, distribution time and most importantly, customer service. You can be sure that Tomms Pharmacy puts your needs first.
Prescriptions to your door
Under the terms of our license Tomms Pharmacy is able to process both NHS and Private prescriptions, and with free home delivery we are an obvious place to get your prescription dispensed. We offer competitive rates on all prescription medicines, simply register with Tomms Pharmacy by calling 01772 452 265 and our helpful dispensary team will set up a timetable for delivery and payment once the prescription has been received.
All prescriptions are delivered or posted free of charge by prior arrangement. Contact us and we will talk you through the process. You will always have the option to select whether you require the medicine to be dispensed in the convenient Biodose Monitored Dosage system.
The Biodose system is designed to help patients take care independently of their own medication for longer (for more information please read the subsections on the website).
Repeats Prescriptions
Where possible, Tomms Pharmacy will collect and deliver Repeat Prescriptions. Communication about your next repeat will be made via telephone beforehand . Tomms can eliminate the need to visit the surgery or chemist for the next month of medicine. We are happy to deliver to a location of your convenience at either the office or home.
Disposal of Unwanted Medicines
Tomms Pharmacy will collect and dispose of unwanted medicines in the West and South Yorkshire Regions. Please call, email or fax us to discuss.
Health Advice and Self Care
Our dedicated team is always on hand to respond to queries about your health or medication via email, phone and fax. We aim to reply within 24 hours with the appropriate advice and direction. You will be put in contact with one of our highly experienced pharmacists for confidential discussion.
